Memo to Legal Professionals: Arrangements at the Civil Regional Court in Johannesburg during the period 27 March to the 16 April 2020

In line with the President’s announcement last night of a nationwide lockdown, the following measures will be implemented at the Civil Regional Court in Johannesburg in relation to matters already scheduled to be heard or that may require to be heard during this period.
