Francois Bouwer
Francois Bouwer is a Director of WF Bouwer Attorneys Inc and specialises in Administration of Special Trusts, Deceased Estates and Curatorships.
Francois completed his LLB Law Degree at the University of Pretoria in 2012. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2013 and was further admitted as Notary Public in 2014, the same year he was awarded right of appearance in the High Court.
He is also member of FISA (Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa) since 2021 and is currently in process of obtaining his status as a registered Fiduciary Practitioner®.
He represents the Pretoria Attorneys Association and Gauteng Attorneys Association and serves on the Master of the High Court Committee. Members of the Association are invited to address any concerns or refer any problems to him, and he will attempt to resolve same in discussions with the Master.
