Urgent Directive in respect of restricting access to Court in light of COVID-19: Gauteng Division of the High Court, Pretoria and Johannesburg

The directives in Paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Directives issued by THE OFFICE THE JUDGE PRESIDENT on the 17th of March 2020, remain obligatory. The directives issued in paragraphs 8 and 10 are retracted in their entirety in view of DPSA Circular 7 of 2020 issued on 17 March 2020.

The Directive issued on 16 March 2020 is amended and replaced with the following directives which will apply with immediate effect until further notice:
